In the city’s Old and Historic District, the award-winning tours showcase Charleston’s distinctive architecture, history, gardens and culture. This is your opportunity to go inside the private houses and gardens of some of America’s most beautiful historic residences of 11 neighborhoods, dating from the American colonial period, through the antebellum and Victorian eras, to early 20th century.

Also, this weekend only, you can experience the 78th Annual House and Garden Tours put on by the Garden Club of Charleston. These two walking tours of private homes and gardens will be held April 5 and 6 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., in the historic district of Charleston, South Carolina. This year’s tours will include some of Charleston’s finest homes and gardens. At each house, floral arrangements by members of The Garden Club of Charleston will be featured.
