One of my favorite things about Easter is dyeing hard-boiled eggs. It’s a family tradition to do it all together! Then my mom takes the eggs and makes these amazing Italian pastries called pupa cu l’ovas. That’s definitely one of the best perks to egg dyeing.
My signature colored-egg is Orange and Blue, a University of Florida egg. I have to represent my alma mater.
I found this awesome video about how to make marble-colored eggs. I think I’m definitely going to try these over the weekend! The orange and blue will look so much better swirled!
