Home provides many luxuries but it also provides many distractions. Feel free to get out of the house and go down to the local Starbucks on Windermere blvd. It could do you some good just to get some air.
Keeping a goal-list is vital for success at home. I like to think of myself as being pretty focused but sometimes I can be very distracted or just unmotivated.
