Have you ever thought about becoming a vegetarian?
It’s not the hardest thing in the world to do but it’s not the easiest either. I want you to keep in mind that I am not a vegetarian. However, I am not a daily meat eater either. A few of my friends have been vegan for quite some time. Maybe it’s the many meals that I have eaten without meat that makes me believe that it’s easy?
There have been people asking me for some strange reason if they should become a vegetarian. I don’t have a desire right nor to completely stop eating meat. Possibly one day i may, but not now. My word of advice to all of you who have had a thought to step away from meat would be to simply increase the amount on vegetables in your diet.
Increase Your Vegetable Intake
Instead of cutting back on meat, just increase your vegetables intake. This way you’ll get used to eating veggies and slowly ween your way away from meat products.
